Making a request
Use the contact form and state that you are making a data deletion request. Include your full name, the email address used with us, telephone number if applicable, and enough detail to identify the relevant enquiry or booking. Avoid sending identity documents unless our team specifically asks for them.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we may ask for reasonable proof that the request comes from the person whose information is involved, or from someone authorised to act for them.
What can be deleted
Where appropriate, we will delete or anonymise personal information that is no longer needed for an active booking, service request or another legitimate retained purpose.
Information we may need to retain
Some data may need to be kept for tax, accounting, regulatory, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, insurance, safety or legal reasons. If we cannot delete all requested information, we will explain the reason and, where appropriate, restrict further use.
Response and marketing
We will acknowledge the request and respond within a reasonable period, subject to verification and applicable law. If you only want to stop marketing messages, you can unsubscribe or contact us; this does not automatically delete booking or legally required records.
